the moment I arrived, the uninterested staff's sour faces set the tone for my stay. a nightly disturbance from ringing phones—who even does that in a 5-star? it’s simply outrageous. I expected at least an upgrade for all my troubles, but instead, I was met with indifference. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn't.

Our entire week was filled with exceptional culinary experiences, particularly the fresh gözleme that was a standout treat. The staff greeted us warmly and were always attentive, ensuring our stay was enjoyable despite a few hiccups.

Unfortunately, the massage center was a significant letdown. The pressure to book additional treatments after a poor first experience created a stressful atmosphere that contrasted sharply with the hotel's otherwise welcoming vibe.

Stunning grounds with excellent dining options provided a remarkable experience. The variety of sports and entertainment kept everyone engaged, and the staff, full of positive energy, were always ready to assist guests.

The shower head malfunctioned in the room, making it inconvenient!!! Mixed drink policies were frustrating, especially with children around the pools!!!

Spacious grounds and well-maintained gardens made for a pleasant atmosphere, while the variety of food options, especially the delicious smoked fish, kept us satisfied throughout our week. The kids enjoyed the unique entertainment programs, including a captivating juggling show. the mixed drink preparation at the bars left much to be desired, as they often lacked consistency. noise disturbances from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted our peace during the night.

The water sports activities were fantastic, especially the drone-captured moments. the Turkish spa experience was top-notch, a must-try!

we stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and it was super clean and well-maintained! the family room was perfect for us, and we loved the variety of meals they offered throughout the day. the grounds were beautiful, and the staff were really nice and friendly. our kids had a blast too, especially with the activities they arranged for them.

we had a few minor issues like rude neighbors and the reception sometimes taking a while to respond to our requests.

The beach area was great for swimming, and the Turkish massage was an amazing experience! Our family had a blast with the kids' activities every evening.

We had a blast! The grounds are super well-kept, and our kids loved the various activities, especially the evening shows! The fresh gözleme from the snack bar was to die for, really hit the spot. Just wish there were more shaded areas by the pool. it got kinda hot during the afternoons.

We spent a week enjoying the beautiful grounds, and the variety of food options kept our family happy every day! The outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were perfect for unwinding after busy afternoons. A slight downside was that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from our fun stay! ☀️
